He is expert at the management and direction of pre-construction and construction work on assigned projects, and also serves as the chief liaison between all involved parties: engineers, subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and project superintendent. A skilled construction superintendent for the past 16 years, he coordinates and schedules all subcontractors, oversees all carpenters and supervisors, and checks all architectural and structural dimensions for on-site accuracy.
